What we do

First Coast Debris & Grounds runs five services under one roof: junk and debris removal, property cleanouts, storm and yard cleanup, landscape material delivery, and light hauling. Most companies in this business pick one lane. We built ours around a simpler idea: whatever is sitting in your yard, garage, or rental unit, one crew and one truck should be able to handle it.

The company started as Dump Boys Services and became First Coast Debris & Grounds as the work grew past hauling into landscape delivery and grounds cleanup. The name changed. The standard didn't. Clean. Clear. Green. still means the same thing it did on day one: show up, do the job right, leave the property looking better than we found it.

Every job starts the same way. Text a photo of what needs to go, or what needs to be delivered, to 904-907-6061. Most quotes come back within the hour, and the price you're texted is the price you pay when the truck shows up. No walk-through required for most jobs, no surprise line items added once the crew is standing in the driveway.

More information on our services

Junk & Debris Removal

Furniture, mattresses, appliances, construction leftovers, garage clutter. If it's taking up space and you want it gone, this is the service that covers it. Starting rate is $99, with the final price set by volume and how the load is loaded onto the truck.

Furniture & Appliance Removal

Couches, mattresses, refrigerators, washers and dryers, anything too bulky to fit in a car. Common on its own after a move or a furniture swap, and often bundled into a larger cleanout.

Property Cleanouts

Full cleanouts for estates, rentals, and evictions, done on a landlord's or property manager's timeline rather than a homeowner's. We clear the unit top to bottom in one visit so it's ready to show or re-list without a second trip.

Storm & Yard Cleanup

Downed limbs, fence debris, and general yard wreckage after weather moves through, plus routine overgrowth and brush clearing the rest of the year. Same crew, same truck, whether it's a single storm-damaged tree or a lot that's gone untouched for a season.

Landscape Material Delivery & Installation

Mulch, river rock, gravel, decorative stone, and topsoil, delivered and installed rather than dropped at the curb and left. Tell us the yard and the goal, and we'll tell you what it takes to get there.

Light Hauling

The job that's too small to justify a full crew and too heavy to handle alone: a single bulky item, a trailer load of renovation debris, a one-off pickup that doesn't fit neatly into any other category above.

How Pricing & Scheduling Work

Hours run Monday through Saturday, 8am to 7pm, with Sunday jobs available by appointment. Pricing starts at $99 for standard junk removal and scales with volume from there; landscape material and specialty jobs are quoted individually since they depend on square footage and material type. Text a photo and an address, and expect a price back within the hour on most days.

Areas We Serve

First Coast Debris & Grounds is based in St. Augustine and covers three counties' worth of ground from there: Jacksonville to the north, St. Johns County to the west, and everything in between. See the full neighborhood breakdown on our service areas page.

FAQs

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. Text a photo of the job to 904-907-6061 and we'll send back a price, usually within the hour. No charge for the estimate itself.

Can you combine services in one visit?

Often, yes. A property cleanout that also needs yard debris cleared, or a storm cleanup that turns up items for junk removal, is common. Mention everything in the text and we'll quote it as one job.

Do you work with businesses and property managers, not just homeowners?

Regularly. Rental turnovers, eviction cleanouts, and commercial junk removal are a steady part of the schedule, not a special request.

What if I only need one item picked up?

That's a normal call, not a job that's too small for us to take. A single couch or mattress goes through Furniture & Appliance Removal the same as a full truckload goes through Junk & Debris Removal.

Why First Coast Debris & Grounds

First Coast Debris & Grounds is locally owned and operated, not a franchise routing calls through an out-of-state center. Every service on this page runs through the same crew and the same Clean. Clear. Green. standard, whether the job is a single-item pickup or a full property cleanout. Text a photo to 904-907-6061 and we'll tell you what it costs and when we can be there.
