What we cannot take

Do I need to be home for the estimate?
Not always. Photos plus the address and a short description are enough for most quotes. If the pile is large, behind a gate, or a full cleanout, we may need a quick on-site look before we lock the price.
Can you pick up just one item?
Yes. Single-item pickups start at $99 and are usually same-day. A mattress, a couch, a refrigerator, or a hot tub panel all count as a single item.
Do you charge by the hour or by the load?
By the load. We price on how much space your items take in the truck, plus how hard they are to reach. You get a flat number before we drive out, so the price does not climb while we work.
What is the cheapest way to get rid of junk?
If you own a truck and have a free afternoon, hauling it to the county transfer station yourself is the cheapest option. Junk removal is for when you do not have the truck, the time, or the help to lift it. Our jobs start at $99 with the loading and disposal included.
Do you take mattresses and box springs?
Yes. Mattresses and box springs of any size are fine, including from upper floors. There is no separate mattress fee.
